Currently supporting a client based in Bavaria on a major greenfield ERP reimplementation project and I’m looking to speak with experienced Infor M3 Solution Architects who may be interested in hearing more.
The organisation is entering a critical phase of the programme where they require an experienced consultant to help assess the current project landscape, analyse operational pain points within the business, and help define the correct project roadmap, structure and delivery approach moving forward.
This is not simply a “hands-on configuration” role. The client is specifically looking for somebody capable of operating at both strategic and operational level.
Key requirements:
- Strong Infor M3 experience (min 2 years as a Solution Architect)
- Previous greenfield implementation experience
- Ability to analyse business processes and operational pain points
- Experience helping shape project direction, governance and scheduling
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Project Management / Programme leadership experience highly desirable
- Comfortable challenging existing approaches and driving structure within complex ERP environments
The business is looking for somebody who can bring clarity, structure and realistic delivery planning into the programme.
