This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation, ensuring alignment across business and technology stakeholders, managing third-party vendors, and overseeing critical integrations within a complex manufacturing and engineering environment. The successful candidate will possess proven experience delivering IFS implementations, strong stakeholder management skills, and direct experience working alongside Siemens-led programmes and Teamcenter PLM integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, mobilisation, and execution of a greenfield IFS ERP implementation programme. Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, external partners, and executive stakeholders. Manage project governance, steering committees, and executive reporting. Ensure successful integration between IFS and Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments. Work closely with Siemens implementation teams and third-party vendors to ensure programme alignment and delivery success. Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
